1. On your phone’s home screen, tap the ‘Settings’ icon.
2. Navigate to “Mail” and tap it, then tap “Accounts”.
3. Find your VPOA E-mail account. It will either be named “Exchange” or your VPOA e-mail address.
4. Tap on your E-mail address at the top of the page.
5. Enter Villapark (no spaces) in the Domain box.
6. Tap Done in the top right hand corner and check boxes will appear next to all of the settings and your e-mail account will be saved in your phone.
Edit your company E-mail accounts to your Samsung Phone
1. From the Home screen, swipe up on an empty spot to open the Apps tray. Tap Settings.
2. Tap Accounts and backup, then Accounts.
3. Find your VPOA E-mail account. It will either be named “Exchange”, “Microsoft Exchange Activesync” or your VPOA e-mail address.
4. Tap Account settings (might be called Exchange Server Settings).
5. Tap the appropriate address (below ‘General settings’).
6. From the ‘Account settings’ section, enter Villapark\username (no spaces) in the Domain\Username box (Make sure to use this slash \ not this slash / ).
